SCOPE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As part of the Communication & Public Affairs Department, you will have the responsibility to reinforce corporate communication and to promote & valorize Group’s commitments next to our stakeholders (customers, consumers, citizen).
Your main tasks will be:
- Co-design and deploy the Group communication strategy (to explain and promote our territories of leadership and excellence / our categories and channels expansion: future of food, IA, e-commerce, OOH, etc.).
- Be the guardian of the Group reputation and provide support & advice for the communications projects
- Design, write and produce all Group’s storytelling
- In coordination with the nutrition communication department, design and deploy the strategy to position Bel as the company providing worldwide portions of healthier food
- Support geographies in designing and deploying communication strategy, developing regional strategies.
- Lead, design and deploy group’s financial communication and manage the agency. Lead the coordination with Unibel.
- Lead and produce the annual integrated report.
- Co-animate crisis management for the entire scope (plant included).
- Orchestrate and deploy 360 corporate communication campaign : PR, digital, social network, …
YOUR PROFILE
- You have min. 10 years of work experience in communications, influence
- You already have an international external communication experience
- You are business and consumer focused
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English (to work in multicultural environments with foreign teams)
- You have an excellent communication and have the ability to rally support.
- You have strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- You have the ability to cooperate, animate functional working groupe, work as a team.
